Join your United Philanthropy Forum peers to learn more about the Disability & Philanthropy Forum and the Disability Inclusion Pledge. PEAK Grantmaking will share their progress as a pledge signatory and how the Disability & Philanthropy Forum can support you on your organizational goals. This is a great opportunity to come with questions if you are interested in becoming a pledge signatory or are a current pledge member. We look forward to hearing your insights from your own organization's disability and inclusion journey.

In her role as senior marketing and experience manager, Caitlin McDanels (she, her, hers) supports marketing efforts, manages the PEAK website, and provides technical resources for everybody and anybody in the PEAK community. Caitlin brings nearly a decade of experience in marketing technology and web management to PEAK. Prior to joining PEAK, Caitlin supported marketing, communications, and membership at the Association of Corporate Citizenship Professionals (ACCP). In her time at ACCP, she grew the association’s social media presence, managed digital engagement, and managed multiple website and database implementations. Most recently, Caitlin completed a Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Colorado Boulder–Leeds School of Business. Hailing from Florida, Caitlin earned a master’s degree in English language arts from the University of Central Florida and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Florida. Caitlin loves long walks with her dog while taking in the Colorado scenery. If she’s not outside exploring, she can be found playing bass guitar, trying a new recipe, or spending a few hours with her favorite PC games. An active volunteer, Caitlin delights in sharing her marketing know-how with local organizations and small businesses.
