The Essential Skills and Strategies for New Grantmakers workshop is a comprehensive orientation program for new grantmakers. Grantmaking professionals will engage in discussions and exercises on topics such as foundation stewardship and accountability, grants management, and the financial and legal aspects of grantmaking.
The workshop is designed for new foundation staff and those interested in a refresher course in grantmaking. Register today to broaden your understanding of philanthropy, learn about best practices for ethical and effective grantmaking and acquire new skill-building tools to help you in your work.
This workshop is conveniently scheduled adjacent to the Council on Foundation’s Annual Conference. Conference attendance is not required.
