As more and more foundations become interested in giving for international purposes, it is critical for grantmakers to understand the options and rules they face when making funding decisions.  This teleconference, sponsored by the Forum of Regional Associations of Grantmakers and the Council on Foundations, will provide an overview of the most important issues related to international grantmaking.  Topics covered will include history and current trends, options for international grantmaking, legal issues, anti-terrorism measures, and resources for additional information.   Please join us on November 15 from 2-3 pm ET.
