Staff Meeting is a new feature through which we check in with Forum staff members to find out what they’re working on, how regional associations can get involved, and what they do in their free time. This month we sit down with Mary O'Neill, Director of Programs at the Forum. Mary heads up member benefits, programs, events, public policy, external partnerships, and special initiatives, among other tasks. She's currently planning next year's Foundations on the Hill in Washington, DC, and the Forum's Annual Conference in Pittsburgh, PA, all while working a modified schedule to care for her newborn daughter.
