Listen for Good (L4G), a grant initiative of Fund for Shared Insight, is currently conducting a national, open request for proposals for up to 75 grants in 2017. There is now an informational page for funders to learn more about this opportunity and how to nominate grantees. Listen for Good is also holding two open conference calls to answer questions from potential co-funders about how to nominate a grantee(s) for L4G grants.
Listen for Good grants are available to any customer-facing nonprofit in any geography, addressing any issue area, serving those whose voices are least heard in the U.S. L4G is dedicated to building the practice of listening to the people we seek to help and is structured as a multi-sector partnership between Fund for Shared Insight, SurveyMonkey, co-funders and U.S.-based nonprofit organizations. To participate, a nonprofit must be nominated by a current funder (existing or new). If a nonprofit is selected to participate, the nominating funder will contribute $15,000 of the $45,000 grant total for each nonprofit selected.
L4G will accept proposals from funder-nominated nonprofits until Friday, May 26, 2017.
