2015 Charitable Giving Report (Blackbaud)
The 2015 Charitable Giving Report includes more than $18.2 billion in total fundraising and $2.2 billion in online giving data from 2015 and features key statistics on year-over-year charitable giving broken down by nonprofit size and sector. Building a Foundation for the 21st Century (Heron Foundation)
The Heron Foundation is calling on its philanthropic peers to jettison outdated operating models that leave resources untapped in the face of systemic social ills. In a treatise entitled “Building a Foundation for the 21st Century,” Heron President Clara Miller makes the case that the modern economy demands a different practice of philanthropy, one that makes use of all of its resources to actively engage with the capital markets for the public good.

Diversity & Inclusion: A Corporate Citizenship Imperative 2016 (Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship)
Diversity and inclusion is increasingly becoming a corporate citizenship and business imperative for all industries. This report examines the universe of research publications in the management and social science disciplines, as well as the latest and most reputable social and economic data from around the globe, and finds that companies that work to attract diverse talent that is developed and supported through thoughtful inclusion efforts are rewarded with increased performance.

Minnesota Annual Grantmaker Rankings (Minnesota Council on Foundations)
Each year the Minnesota Council on Foundations publishes lists of grantmaker rankings to enable grantmakers, nonprofits and the public to better understand who are the largest funders in the state. The 2014 Minnesota Annual Grantmaker Rankings, released in February 2016, include information on grants and assets of Minnesota’s largest foundations and corporate giving programs with fiscal years ending between June 1, 2014, and May 31, 2015.
